**About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Workspace Administrator to join our team based from Bower House, Oldham on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 5 days per week at Bower House.

In this essential role you will undertake general office duties such as photocopying, filing, typing, post, produce minutes from meetings and reception cover. You’ll need to have excellent attention to detail to ensure that data and information is updated accurately into the appropriate systems. In addition, you will raise purchase and works orders and provide internal and external customer customers with prompt professional and accurate information in line with agreed timescales.

**What we’re looking for**
You’ll not only be an experienced Administrator, but you’ll also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

- Good attention to detail.
- Good oral and written communications.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Educated to NVQ level II in business administration or equivalent level of competence.
