- Greet /welcome guests and entertain their request in an efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service to our existing students and handling new enquiries.
- Assist in managing the daily attendance records of students
- Handling front desk tasks efficiently including directing visitors, arranging meetings etc
- Receive, screen and direct incoming phone calls with professional telephonic manners
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material in place
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
- Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
- Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

- Collecting fees/payments
**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven 1 years of work experience in a similar setup
- Proficiency in MS- Office Suite
- Optimistic approach towards work along with professional appearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
