**About Us**:
Established in 1995, LPC Maintenance Limited, is a London based property maintenance company providing a comprehensive range of services, including planned preventive and reactive maintenance with exceptional customisation to individual client requirements. We are a growing team, currently comprising 40 professionals, including qualified gas safety and heating engineers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, and tradesmen. We carry out repairs and maintenance to both residential and commercial properties on behalf of private owners, tenants, and landlords. Our services cater to London and Greater London areas.

We are currently looking for an experienced repairs foreman who will oversee our day to day projects. You must have the ability and presence to be proactive and work on own initiative, with limited supervision, and be able to manage contractors delivering building works at project level including H&S, quality, value and progress with excellent organisational skills.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage work force/engineers on the road.
- Run and organaise materials for jobs from start to finish. Project sizes range from £5,000 - £20,000
- Provide appropriate professional expertise in all aspects of building supervision and asset management, including the assessment of long-term condition and recommending appropriate maintenance strategies
- Inspection of works carried out by contractors that works have be done to specification provided and that workmanship is of a good standard
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections using the department’s information management system.

**Qualification and Skills**:

- Extensive experience as a repairs supervisor.
- Experience of working in a physical, social and economic regeneration setting with a clear understanding of the challenges that it presents
- Experience of negotiating with contractors and tenants on behalf of an organisation
- CIOB/RICS qualifications will be advantageous

Essential:

- Excellent level of knowledge of building construction, standards, and legislation, and an ability to diagnose and specify remedies to building defects.
- People management skills
- Understanding of responsive repairs, void works, planned and cyclical repairs requirements
- Full UK Clean driving license.

**Additional Information**:

- Excellent standards of customer care and the ability to deliver accurate and clear communications in writing, face to face or by telephone
- Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, housing and property management systems.
- Successful track record of delivering building surveying services, and management of substantial work programmes in a similar environment.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise a heavy workload, whilst working on a mobile basis, and keep excellent records.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
