About the Role
Solus Accident Repair Centres is seeking an experienced Automotive Repair Estimator to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role. As a key member of our estimation team, you will be responsible for conducting computerised estimates using Audatex, communicating with customers, and negotiating estimates with Aviva Engineers.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the automotive repair industry, with knowledge of working with Audatex and ATA accreditation. You will also possess excellent customer service skills, planning and organisational abilities, flexibility, and adaptability. A valid driving licence is also required.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide high-quality service to customers, ensuring that their vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. You will also contribute to maintaining and securing allocated equipment, as well as assisting other team members when required.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, group income protection, and employer-matched pension contributions.
