**Position Overview**
**Responsibilities of the role**:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a commitment to exceeding expectations in a timely manner.
- Be a trusted and reliable member of the team to ensure the quality control process is consistently applied to all repaired shoes and they meet the highest of standards.
- Collaborate with our skilled team of artisans and Front of House team to maintain consistency in repair techniques and finishes.
- Provide expert advice to clients on repair options, recommending appropriate services based on the condition of their shoes and leather goods.
- Assess and accurately estimate repair costs and turnaround times.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, repair specifications, and outcomes.
**What you must have**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury shoe repair and after-sales service.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships in a luxury retail or service environment.
- In-depth knowledge of shoe design and construction, materials and specifically leathers, and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with a wide range of luxury shoe and leather goods brands.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and convey technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
- Strong and confident customer service skills, with a passion for delivering an exceptional experience.
- Ability to empathize with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Capability to manage and prioritize a high volume of customer interactions and the processing
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
