I'm working with a rapidly growing strategic communications agency who works with a range of projects in the social space. Including working with UK and foreign governments around disinformation and info integrity. This role will focus on leading the MEL team to deliver key insight to clients around campaign performance and make a real impact on overarching strategy.

**THE ROLE**:
The Head of will have the following responsibilities:

- Oversee campaign and monitoring projects for key clients across various NGOs and institutions
- Be a key POC for clients throughout projects
- Implement new frameworks involving quantitative and qualitative methods
- Oversee project teams, providing feedback to guide decision making
- Run evaluations of large-scale campaigns and programs
- Assist with developing new frameworks and narratives for projects design

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
The Head of will have:

- Experience with MEL frameworks
- Knowledge of quant and qual methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- The ability to write and deliver key reports and deliverables to clients
