- Collaborate with Engagement colleagues to enrich external communications with insights and data;
- Contribute to reporting to the Foundation’s Audit and Risk Committee and Board of Trustees;
- Support the Head of Public Benefit on other charity governance matters as required.

**Who you are**:

- Experience of monitoring and evaluation within a charity, aid agency, donor organisation or similar. Understanding of theories of change and other concepts relevant to designing a robust monitoring and evaluation framework.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively across countries.
- Comfort inputting, analysing and visualising data, as well as identifying opportunities to use data to inform decision-making and organisational learning.
- Broader understanding of charity governance and trends in the charity sector would be desirable.
- Working with a globally dispersed team, experience working across countries and cultures would be an asset.

**Not a perfect fit?**:
**What's in it for you**:
We want you to feel happy and fulfilled at work, without compromising the other things in life that matter to you. There are lots of ways we support this, including hybrid working and generous parental leave. You'll also get four Spirit Days a year to focus on your personal development and wellbeing, plus a host of other great benefits too.
