**Job description**

IVS Materials Handling are a family run business providing a comprehensive solution for all Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) sales, service, training, parts, and hire. We provide a one stop shop for materials handling solutions and floorcare.

Your normal working hours will be 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4pm on a Friday with 60 minutes unpaid break each day. This equates to a 39-hour week.

As our Office Administrator, you will be working on a bespoke system to carry out daily tasks supporting the Service and parts department. You will act as a key member of the team by covering our clients request in a timely manner and keeping our system maintained. You will have the following duties and responsibilities:

- Ensuring Internal management system up to date
- Liaising and communicating with customers and relevant internal departments to manage expectations.
- Raise breakdowns on the bespoke system for engineers
- Liaise with your line manager for any other daily tasks when required
- Complaints handling
- Updating spreadsheets and databases whilst working to deadlines, prioritising workload
- Other ad-hoc administration duties as required.
