**Office Administrator - S75 - £12-£14PH - Part Time - Permanent**

We are currently looking for a part time Office Administrator to join a small busy office, for a Telecommunications Company. The Office Administrator is required with an immediate start to assist in the day to day running of the office.

Flexible hours between Monday and Friday - 25-30 per week

£12.00 to £14.00 per hour dependent on experience

**Benefits**:

**Duties**:

- Organising and prioritising daily workloads
- Resolve customer queries/orders.
- Placing orders with multiple suppliers
- Liaising with engineers and end users to arrange installations.
- Updating internal systems and maintaining an organised and efficient working area for the team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous use of Sage would be a benefit.
- Previous experience in admin abilities and to effectively communicate at all levels.
- General all round good computer knowledge, particular Word and Excel.
- Good numerical skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Excellent telephone manner.

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
