**Parts Administrator - CTM Equipment Ltd.**

CTM (UK) Equipment Limited, supplies, manufactures, and installs a comprehensive range of industrial equipment, parts, and services to the Polyurethane Industry. Established in 1990, we have a reputation for delivering bespoke PU process systems that meet the technically complex requirements of our customers.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work within our purchasing and sales team. This an extremely busy role, with machine system builds comprising a large number of components which requires a high level of attention to detail. Duties include, sourcing and purchasing parts ranging in value from a few pence to several thousand pounds. Lead times for parts vary from days, weeks to months and managing suppliers to ensure they deliver on time is also a key aspect of this role.
- Experience with Sage or Similar Accounts System, Office Applications, such as Excel etc.
- Purchasing & Sales capabilities with an interest in developing relationships with our/new customers, including visits to customer premises.
- Experience in parts stock management & to help lead, develop, and implement a new management system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage and negotiate with suppliers.
- To manage and update Bills of Materials for our machinery and sub-assemblies.
- Ability to understand specific technical aspects of machinery over time having received training.
- Background within the industrial hydraulics or pneumatics industry is preferable.

Primarily Office based, however there may be requirements to visit customers & suppliers.

Access to pool car available, mobile phone / IT equipment supplied as required.

Working within a team of 3 people with similar overlapping skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
