Summary Job Role

**The post holder will provide a high-quality, comprehensive and pro-active project administrator function to support the delivery of projects and services. This post requires a flexible ‘can-do’ attitude with adaptability and a responsive, positive approach to change.**

**Key Responsibilities**

We are looking for a dynamic and driven project administrator with a good understanding of primary care to work alongside the transformation lead. You will be working with other health and social care partners to support collaborative working and the development and sustainability of GP practices in the Norfolk & Waveney area.

Principle Responsibilities
- Provide support to the project management team and various clinical service teams
- Liaise with clinical staff on a regular basis and maintain clinical systems on a daily basis
- Ensure full and accurate recording of information in the patient’s computerised records
- Manage patient bookings, diaries and correspond as necessary.
- Ensure calls are answered and are made in an effective and efficient manner.
- Respond to internal and external queries independently using own initiative and in a friendly manner
- Build relationships and co-operate with internal and external stakeholders to enable the successful collection of data and ability to secure information easily
- Attend project meetings and service team meetings as necessary
- Carry out administrative tasks
- Attend clinics and meetings when requested
- Collate data on a regular basis for project evaluation.
- Checking, monitoring and recording all invoices received for services
- Administer and compile patient experience surveys for the clinical services
- Work within existing guidelines, policies and procedures for services.
- The post holder shall as necessary provide cover for and undertake duties of absent colleagues when needed.
