**Customer Service Advisor**

**Based in Brierley Hill**

**Shift Rota Basis - Working 5 days out of 7 (Weekends can be included)**

**Hours between 5.00am and 11.00pm (45 minutes lunch break)**

**£11.50 per hour**

**Temporary to Permanent Contract**
- *Training will be provided*_

**Daily Duties Include (but not limited to)**
- Offer an outstanding and seamless customer service to all.
- Act as the first point of contact.
- Manage all calls and calmly navigate any customer queries/complaints.
- Continually maintain clear and precise communication.
- Escalate calls to the relevant contact or department.
- Provide initial assessment to each customer case and resolve within a timely manner.
- Log and amend customer data accordingly.
- Navigate the in-house system to record any actions taken.
- Adhere to company health and safety policy.

**Ideal Personal Qualities and Professional Experience**
- Expert in customer service with a consultative attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Previous office experience is highly desirable.
- Good IT skills is essential.
