**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**

We are looking for someone to validate and process all incoming and outgoing Data Flows to ensure both E.ON and MES are compliant in meeting the industry standards. Your key responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following:

- Responsible for the day to day validation of all completed meter installation jobs to agreed contract, company and client standards.
- Provide support and feedback of any performance issues to your team leader to ensure representation of the team at any internal performance or operational meetings.
- Processes all volumes assigned at the start of the shift and takes on more volumes assigned by the Team Leader for the entire duration of their shift.
- Ability to work using own initiative and without constant supervision
- Regular liaison with key stakeholders in the other teams involved in the end-to-end process that is designed to provide a focused and consistent service to all customers.
- Ensure adherence to client’s procedures and best operating practice.
- Develop and maintain strong, supportive and positive relationships with client representatives.
- Participates in special tasks and performs other duties as assigned.

- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- A knowledge of power and gas supply in an operational utility role would be desirable but not essential.
- Broad understanding of utility contracting and our client’s business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,319.00-£21,333.00 per month
