**Project Support/PMO - Salary up to £32,000**
Trevett Services are working closely with a leading Biomedical Science site who are looking to bring on a **Project Support/PMO** to work on their client site in Norwich. This is a **full time, permanent role** with a flexible working pattern and excellent benefits.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Support/PMO to join their team and assist with a variety of tasks, working closely with the Project Managers and wider department.
**Key Responsibilities of Project Support**:
- Support with the preparation and delivery of monthly financial reviews, purchase orders and management reports
- Working closely with the project managers, obtaining supplier quotes and uploading onto internal systems for approval
- Assist in the coordination of meetings and resources required for the Capitals Projects team
- Attend meetings, take notes and distribute in a timely manner
**Experience Required for Project Support/PMO**:
- Higher Educational qualifications at A level or equivalent
- Previous experience in an FM, Construction or Projects environment
- Excellent finance administration skills, with a strong understanding of accounts and the invoice process
- The ability to liaise with stakeholders across different levels, internal and external
- Experience working in a busy and varied office environment
This is a full time permanent role, **37 hours a week** with flexible working available. The salary is **up to £32,000** per annum with great company benefits additional to those listed above
