**Office Support Assistant - Glasgow - Salary up to £30,000 p/a DOE**

**Are you an experienced Office Support Assistant, Office Manager or PA? Do you want an opportunity to join an established financial services business? Are you looking for a new challenge to join a growing business?**

We are looking to speak to experienced office support professionals who are looking for a new challenging role in Glasgow. This is a great opportunity to join an established, growing business within financial services. Ideally, you will have experience providing administrative support to a senior leadership team, as well as being proactively involved in other business areas. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and secure running of the office environment everyday, and be adaptable to an ever-changing environment.

**This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, following a hybrid working model. The salary for this role is up to £30,000 p/a DOE.**

**Are you who we are looking for?**
- You have previous experience within a Office Support, PA or Office Manager role
- You enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- You are able to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- You are competent in all Microsoft Office packages
- You are motivated and have a 'can do' attitude
- You can prioritise your workload well and are able to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders
- You have excellent communication skills both written and orally
- You have strong commercial and operational awareness
- You have a great attention to detail and understand GDPR and confidentiality
- You are adaptable and proactive

**What is the day to day like?**
- Arranging and coordinating meetings and corporate events
- Booking and managing any travel arrangements for the senior leadership team
- Preparing and editing correspondence and various documentation daily, as well as completing minute taking at meetings where required
- Completing diary management daily
- Liaising with landlords and any third party providers
- Maintaining a safe and efficient office environment
- Supporting and managing the car parking facilities - issuing and receiving any passes
- Providing the HR team with support for on/off boarding of staff
- Assisting with any employee engagement initiatives internally
- Coordinating any training and development activities as required
