Purchase & Planning Co-ordinator

Allstaff Office Division are pleased to bring to market a Purchase & Planning Co-ordinator position with one of our key clients based in Glasgow. You must have up to one years experience for this position.
This role is within a small team in a fast past environment, hours are Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.
- Processing purchase orders and following up lead-times.
- Provide accurate and timely information to appropriate internal departments.
- Communicate well with internal departments regarding new & existing orders.
- Management of all customer orders from point of order to despatch.
- Ensure all materials are all ready for production.
- Monitoring orders and maintain internal report.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure a timely manner of orders are fulfilled.
- Minimum 1 years experience.
- Have a good knowledge of excel.
- Excellent organisational & time management skills.
- Strong communicator.
- Good knowledge of stock allocation would be advantageous.
- Be able to work as part of a team as well and be self driven.
Allstaff is operating as an Employment Agency for the supply of Permanent and Contract staff employed directly by the hirer.
