Admin Co-ordinator

We are a successful family run business based in the south-side of Glasgow
We are a busy office with a busy team of engineers and need an organised and efficient person to support us full-time in our new office.
Your role: Admin Co-ordinator
You will be liaising with engineers, suppliers and customers on a daily basis. Below are some of the activities:
Key responsibilities
*Planning and logging jobs for the engineers
*Invoicing and quotes
*Organising spare parts
*Planning maintenance and service work
What we are looking for:
*Good organisation and effective communication skills
*Strong administration skills
*Able to prioritise effectively
*Able to make decisions but also know when to ask
*Great with people
*Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
*Experience in Sage accounts and Job Logic system would be an advantage.
Office hours are 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday
