We’re recruiting for a Marketing Co-Ordinator within our global Marketing team. It’s a great opportunity to learn and develop your skills in full mix marketing in a hands-on role, with excellent opportunities to progress within the team and business.

The Marketing Co-Ordinator will provide crucial support to the global marketing team and contribute to the implementation of the marketing plan across brand and digital functions within a growing and performance-driven team.

**What you’ll do**;**
- Coordinating internal communications across the team and business.
- Inbound comms management to handle incoming team communications and action, escalate, or file.
- Merchandise support, for example, ordering and managing stock.
- Event support, such as booking flights and hotels.
- Support the PR team with admin requests and product information, often to strict deadlines.
- Liaising with brand partners to organise campaigns or events.
- Asset management, including harvesting and managing owned, bought, and staff or customer UGC content within a digital asset management platform.
- Working closely internally and with partners to help collate information and assets for all channels.
- Updating the content calendar based on insights from the team, the business, and the wider industry marketplace. Communicating updates and content priorities across the team, and contributing support to help implement campaigns across all channels globally (US, UK, Germany).
- Ensuring the global team are informed of activity across the channels and across the team and business.
- Helping the team to achieve strategic goals but contributing support including reporting on the purpose driven content % measure.
- Using the team’s project management platform to co-ordinate campaign tasks and action allocated tasks.
- Carrying out market research and compiling relevant reports.
- Keeping websites up to date and engaging via our Content Management System (CMS).
- Uploading new campaigns or seasonal content.
- Uploading blog content.
- Ensuring best practices are maintained for website performance.
- Ensuring all content published adheres to brand guidelines.
- Prioritising and actioning incoming edit or admin requests.
- Adding or removing content or tours.
- Escalating any fixes to the technology team.
- Learning how to use reporting tools to produce reports on regular team KPIs and campaign performance, packaging data to be leveraged across the team and business.
