Planning Co-ordinator

Anderson Knight is recruiting for a Planning Co-ordinator for one of our top clients based in Glasgow on a full-time permanent basis.
The role is to support in maintaining a complete and accurate Asset Database and helping to deliver all aspects of planning, scheduling, and delivery including coordination and upload of all associated documentation to ensure Contractual and Legal compliance.
You will support your manager with all reasonable requests required to deliver Team Objectives.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Always represent the company in a professional and positive manner and comply with Company HR policies and guidelines.
- Own and display company values and behaviours, respect and value others and work as one team.
- Help update and maintain a complete and accurate Asset Register.
- Support with planning, scheduling, and managing PPMs through to completion including upload of associated certificates and documentation.
- Process Asset and PPM information provided by in-house teams or external suppliers.
- Support with processing information relating to Asset Warranties.
- Help produce Asset or PPM related reports when required.
- Reassign PPMs to Technicians or Suppliers when required.
- Develop strong and constructive working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Interact with Colleagues, Client representatives and suppliers through clear verbal and written communication to provide support and resolve issues.
- Record and flag remedial issues generated from In-house PPMs.
- Attend performance reviews and 1-1’s and action development opportunities identified.
- Attend training courses or complete on-line training courses where necessary.
- Comply with any reasonable request from the Asset & PPM Manager.
**Experience required**:
- Ability to motivate self.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Confident liaising at Area and Divisional Level.
- Experience in developing strong working relationships with internal and external Colleagues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.
- PC proficient - Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Team player.
**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year
