**Homecare Solutions Ltd** is a domiciliary Home care agency that provides care for the elderly in their homes.

We have a team of domiciliary care assistants/ support workers working within ECCLES M30, WEAST & WORSLEY.

**We are looking for an exprienced admin support staff with extensive knowledge and experience working in an Domiliciary care office setting.**

**You must have knowledge in all principals of care giving, care policies, safeguarding procedure, appointmet/ rota setting to support management.**

**Other duties which will make up your role**:
Maintain all Care Plans/care records in accordance with Homecare Solutions Ltd policy and audit care records following company policy.
- Communicate any problems, concerns or changes to Client’ to management / family members with management approval.
- Take phone calls from clients and carers, record complaints and concerns. Inform them you will get manager to call back, give call back time phrame.
- Ensure that the staff allocated, and the staff attending, each Service User have the relevant skills, knowledge and resources related to the opportunities and needs of that person
- check staff files are upto date
- record when training is due
- organise and assist management with return to work meetings.
- Provide and oversee staff providing Service Users with support/assistance as they accomplish daily tasks, including bathing, eating, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom (spot checks and assesments)
- phone assistance for staff while at work.
- Audit records to ensure compliant with Homecare Solutions Ltd policies and ensure that Service Users’ rights are protected
- Maintain Service Users’ files, ensuring all documents are obtained following Homecare Solutions Ltd policy

**Salary**: £10.10-£12.50 per hour
