Letting Administrator

We are a busy property and letting agent based in Glasgow. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our fast growing team. The role itself is fast paced and requires someone who is keen to learn new tasks and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Paying attention to detail is extremely important in this role as well as prioritising tasks. A friendly office environment with good company values and culture.
Job Specification:
- Answering incoming calls and either dealing with the query or
escalating to another member of staff.
prompt responses are given.
- Receiving maintenance invoices and ensuring the job is complete
before deducting from the client account.
- Informing client of deductions coming from their account and dealing
with any related queries (Factor Invoices, Maintenance invoices, Safety
Certification Invoices etc)
- Receiving Council Tax bills for void periods and ensuring they are
correct with the correct exemption being applied (liaising with the l
local authority if they are not correct) and then informing client of the
deduction.
- Liaising with utility suppliers to obtain accurate bills prior to deducting
from client.
- Taking card payments.
- File management.
- Sending rent arrears reminders.
- General Administrative duties as and when required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
**Salary**: £9,620.00-£14,000.00 per year
