Please note: this role is remote, however you must be in the Chesterfield/Derby area for training.
**Duration**:25 hours per week.
**Shift pattern**:Monday - Friday, 10am - 3pm (times negotiable).
**Pay**: £12 per hour.
**Start date**:Early February 2024.
**Contract type**:Initial 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension.
**Location**:Working from home.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- A good standard of IT knowledge, to be able to log jobs on our online system.
- A confident telephone manner.
- Good organisational skills, with an eye for detail.
- To be able to work independently.
- Some admin experience (this is useful but not essential).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing the inbox.
- Booking in Plumbing/Gas services and call outs.
- Liaising with service providers about bookings and various other things.
- Liaising with the Director daily.
- Assisting the director with assigning jobs to engineers.
**Other information**:
- Laptop provided.
- Work phone provided.
- All training will be provided.
- Casual work attire.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
