Administration Clerk

A rapidly growing Alfreton based company are currently looking for an Administration Clerk or a Trainee Administration Clerk on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for:
- Greeting all visitors
- Ensuring the showroom is well stocked for visitors
- Answering all incoming calls and transferring to the relevant department
- Order processing and invoicing
- Ensuring all customer files are kept up to date on the computer
- All general administration duties
The company are happy to look at people who already have administration experience, as well as people who are just starting out on their career, as they will provide training. An excellent telephone manner and strong IT skills are needed as this form most of the position.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, either 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm. The role is paying up to £23,000, depending on experience. They also offer free parking and 23 days holiday plus bank holidays. This is an office-based position, 5 days a week - hybrid working is not available.
