Office Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the office operations
- Answer and direct phone calls when required, in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documents
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Forms)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Hours : 09:00 -15:00 (Monday to Friday)
Hours and days negotiable.

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
