Receptionist/administration Assistant

We are recruiting for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to work in our Head Office in Alfreton.
- **Day-to-day duties**_
- Acting as the first point of contact for our customers, in person and on the phone.
- Managing a large volume of customer calls and dealing with enquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Making sure the customer areas are kept tidy and presentable and that our customers are well looked after.
- Post Incoming and Outgoing
- Working proactively with all departments within the depot.
- Going the extra mile for all our customers.
- Receiving, sorting and forwarding incoming mail, general deliveries, and collections
- Housekeeping Reception, meeting rooms, goods-in area
- Provide administrative support to Departments as required
- Any other ad hoc administrative related task as directed by Line Manager
- **Essential Skills**_
- A fantastic telephone manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in delivering excellent service and going above and beyond for our customers.
- The confidence to work independently and also as part of a team.
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
- **Essential experience of the Receptionist**:_
- A proven track record as a Receptionist or Administrator
- An understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel and Google programmes.
**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
