**About the Role**:
As the Billing Assistant you will be an essential part of a small but supportive team for invoice preparation, dealing with supply partners and client queries with weekly / monthly supply partner and client billing as well as sense checking the system. This is a great opportunity to get involved in billings and dip your toe into an international company and have the chance to be empowered to make suggestions on ways to make things more efficient - doesn't matter if you are in your first week and you notice something that can be improved, we want to hear about it

You will be working with various teams across Gett such as Accounts Management (you will be responsible for the billing of their clients), Product Operations (pricing and billing elements), Finance (AP and profit and loss) as well as Product (when it comes to sense checking you will make them aware of any bugs on the system) so good communication and stakeholder management skills will be needed

**Responsibilities**:

- Weekly processing of clients and supplier billing according to pricing rules and deadlines.
- Ensuring jobs are processed to strict customer requirements in terms of tolerances and explanations for amounts over tolerance.
- Liaising with Accounts Payable to ensure suppliers invoices are processed in a timely manner
- Approving manual supplier invoices and other administrative duties as delegated
- Producing weekly and monthly client invoices
- Dealing with supplier’s queries and resolving them within targeted time
- Reconciling of supplier invoices
- Attending to and resolving queries raised by clients promptly
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities that are within the employee’s skills and abilities wherever reasonably instructed

**Requirements**:

- 1 years+ work experience in a billing or accounts assistant role
- Comfortable with numbers and data
- Work well as part of a team and good communication skills
- Ability to interact with clients, suppliers and all internal teams
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and highly adaptable to manage additional duties as required
- Intermediate to advanced in Excel (Pivot tables and lookups etc)

**Interview Process**:

- ** Hiring Manager** (30-45min video call) - Salem will be taking this and you will report into her. This interview you will be asked more in depth questions in relation to your billings experience
- ** Focused **(45mins-1hr Video Call) - This is a chance for you to meet 2 of your teammates They will be asking questions around competencies needed for the role such as Detail orientated, stakeholder management, working towards deadlines, experience with numbers and data)
- ** Values** (30-45min video call) - Here you will have a video call with 1-2 people from the wider business. The will be asking you questions around our values
