Our role

An opportunity has arisen within our thriving Trade Marks Group based primarily in our London office for a Billing Assistant.

Key responsibilities:

The purpose of the role is to work with the Partners, fee earners and support team of the Trade Marks

Group, to ensure the timely preparation of and distribution of client invoices.

The role will entail a full range of billing activities including:
- Preparing and issuing accurate client invoices, including using electronic billing systems
- Documenting client requirements
- Preparing and maintaining invoice templates
- Maintaining records
- Handling enquiries

About you:

Excellent Microsoft Office skills are crucial in this role.
