This hybrid-based role (office/home) is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and efficient individual, who wants the chance to join and develop within a new and exciting company, that is set to grow significantly over the next few years.

As part of our admin team, you will be the first point of contact for customers and organisations, assisting them with their enquiries and needs. You will be in charge of our exam processing, liaising with senior staff and helping to co-ordinate the running of our office.

Highly organised, you'll communicate confidently with customers and the rest of the team. This will be a varied and responsible role as a key member of our small organisation, and you'll need to be adaptable with good initiative to help keep things running efficiently. **What will you do?**
- Day-to-day administrative support for our office and team.
- Processing of our exam entries.
- Support the Managing Director with financial bookkeeping and admin.
- Support the Senior Academic Team with academic admin.
- Provide support to senior staff and the wider team as they work on a variety of academic, marketing and technology projects.

**What will you need?**
- Good computer skills.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written.
- The ability to be highly organised and to multi-task.
- Be able to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
- Take the initiative and be a good team player.
- An adaptable approach and a positive attitude.
- It would also be an advantage, but not essential, to have an interest in instrumental playing or a musical /arts administration background.

For staff who show the right qualities there will be progression opportunities and performance based pay rises available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
