We are seeking a skilled Operational Co-Ordinator to join our team at Moody's Investors Service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our leadership team, including calendar management, travel booking and planning, and access management. The ideal candidate will have advanced working knowledge of Microsoft 365 software and strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendar schedules and ensure timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements and monitor for delays or cancellations
  • Ensure secure access to company data and provide support for onboarding and offboarding new associates

Our team is highly networked, and we are looking for someone who can partner closely with internal stakeholders and other admins to achieve alignment across the leadership team. The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft 365 software. A strong understanding of diary management and time scheduling is also essential.
