Vacancy available for an **Office Admin Apprenticeship**, offering Level 2 Customer Service qualification.
Job Overview:
**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Day-to-day office tasks
- Answering calls and directing calls to relevant staff members
- Completing paperwork and online forms
- Assisting with scanning and filing documents
- Assisting with creating marketing content
- Completing further tasks such as accounts
(All of which shall be taught throughout the apprenticeship placement)
**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**
- Qualification: Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2
- Location: Solihull College (Blossomfield Campus)
- Training through the above college shall be part time : Hours/Day TBC
- Functional Skills English and Maths if required
**What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?**
We are able to offer full-time employment and further job roles to support our apprentices with progressing as well as supporting with further qualifications.
