**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Completing compliance checks and updating “Profile” CRM system
- Working collaboratively with teams in the business to create a social media footprint on Facebook and Instagram
- Reference checks using telephone system and logging information on “Profile” CRM System
- Making timesheets through Microsoft 365 package and inputting payroll and holidays onto “Profile” CRM system
- Answering the phone to clients, taking detailed notes and logging client information onto the “Profile” CRM system

**Required skills**:

- Excellent computer skills

- Have the ability to think for yourself and enjoy solving problems
- Want to succeed and have interest in working with people

**Salary**:
The starting apprentice salary will be £18,000 (with regular reviews based on performance).

After successful completion of your apprenticeship, and good performance levels you will have the opportunity to progress up to a £25,000 salary.

**Working hours**:
Monday to Thursday, 9am - 6pm, Friday 8am - 5pm with one hour for lunch

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
