We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias to join our team in Falkirk.
Key Responsibilities- Eliminate downtime by performing safe and logical approaches to fault finding and maintenance of equipment.
- Work on various types of equipment including complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic control systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Time served or apprentice trained in a similar position with electrical qualifications (C&G 2320 P1 & P2, ONC, NVQ 3 or equivalent).
- A good understanding of current environmental and health and safety issues and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Experience in electrical fault finding, defect rectification, and routine maintenance activities.
- Ability to interrogate and understand maintenance problems to provide accurate plant condition information/recommendations.
- PLC knowledge is essential.
