This is an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join Carlton Bingo as the newest member of their HR Department in their Stirling Office. Operating large bingo clubs in city centres as well as smaller clubs in towns around the country, Carlton Bingo have a great understanding of how important it is to work with the local community and pride themselves on a fun and diverse environment for both their staff and customers.

In this role, you'll swiftly acquire the essential skills and knowledge vital for success, all whilst embarking on a journey towards completing an SCQF Level 6 apprenticeship qualification

**Key responsibilities**:

- Coordinating the recruitment process for onboarding new staff, using MS Excel spreadsheets to track and organise applicants’ data e.g. gender, ethnicity, age, and qualifications
- Uploading new job positions onto Indeed and other online advertising portals
- Maintaining correspondence with applicants for roles via MS Outlook and telephone, writing letters on MS Word and issuing the relevant information to them digitally through MailMerge
- Collaborating with other departments by coordinating other members of the team’s Outlook diaries and subsequently scheduling meetings via Microsoft Teams
- Using accounting software, Sage, to manage and process payroll for staff
- Creating digital newsletters for internal and external use via Microsoft Publisher
- Collaborating with other team members via Sharepoint, allowing colleagues to access company information securely and effectively

- Confident and capable of using various inhouse software packages

**Salary**:
£21,866 per annum

**Working hours**:
36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.15pm
