Norfolk Natural Living are looking for a new team member to join our busy e-commerce business.

The Customer Service & E-Commerce Assistant will manage customer enquiries and orders from across the business, accurately pack and fulfil orders as well as being part of a busy marketing team helping to create content to be used across our platforms.

Duties include:

- Manage online orders and accurately pick, pack and fulfil.
- Assist with copywriting and other marketing activities.
- Requirements:

- Strong computer literacy.
- Great attention to detail
- A ‘do-er’ mentality
- A good knowledge of social media.
- Excellent written English.
- Previous Customer Service experience would be helpful but is not a requirement.

The role requires this person to work as part of team in the office and warehouse and as such is not suitable for working from home.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
