NOCN Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work within the NOCN Group providing a front line and professional service to all customers across all business functions.
Please note that this role is based in our King's Lynn Office.

The group includes business units specialising in regulated UK and international qualifications, End Point Assessment, assured short courses, SMART job cards, assessment services, consultancy, and research.
What will you be doing?
As an Customer Service Administrator, your duties and responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
- Dealing with learners and centres across The Awarding Organisation providing advice and guidance on qualifications, courses, policies and procedures.
- Dealing directly with Employers seeking advice and guidance regarding qualifications/courses and or learners.
- Working with team members to generate ideas for ongoing and continuous improvement to service delivery.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the service/product area being supporting and understanding the products and services supported by NOCN Group as a whole.
About you...
- Have right to work in the UK full time for a minimum of 2 years (NOCN Group does
not offer visa sponsorship). - Educated to Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy
- Experience of working with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent planning and administration skills.
- Commitment to the highest standards of quality in work.
