**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding customers' personal and financial circumstances and how they've arrived at their current situation.
- Complete an accurate financial statement using effective questioning techniques.
- Assess the full range of options available and make a suitable recommendation on an appropriate debt solution and budgeting that could support them to become debt-free and build financial resilience.
- Obtain necessary documentation such as proof of income and creditor reference numbers as appropriate.

Essential Criteria:

- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to be highly empathetic and build relationships.
- Experience communicating with customers over the phone.
- Degree level education.
