We are currently recruiting a** Sales Support Administrator** to join our rapidly expending corporate team. At Arden University we empower employers to provide high quality, innovative training and development to their staff through Arden University apprenticeship solutions. This is an exciting new role to provide sales and administration support to our apprenticeship business development and client services team.

The **Sales Support Administrator** will contribute to the growth of our degree apprenticeships offering, by contributing to the efficiency of our function - primarily supporting sales activities, undertaking partner administration, and managing due diligence and contracts.

You will provide outstanding sales support, assisting sales teams in such a way that it allows them to free up time and pursue sales targets. This will include, desk-based research, answering incoming calls, co-ordinating sales enquiries, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development Managers. You will also help prepare or update sales packs or presentations for key events or meetings and help organise digital and/or physical events, liaising with central marketing as an when required. You will work with our Business Development Managers to support our employer partners on key projects such as apprenticeship talent attraction among others. You will co-ordinate and manage due diligence for all new employer partnerships, meeting our regulatory requirements.

You will communicate to a high standard, in written and oral communication and adopting a proactive focus and approach to adding value, working across teams and resolving any issues as requested.
