FASTSIGNS Manchester - **Inside Sales Executive**

We are looking for an **Inside Sales Executive **to join our friendly and ambitious team. Want to join a truly unique industry? If so, look no further - this is a business-to-business customer relationship role working across multiple vertical markets which involves being office based greeting customers, handling incoming enquiries, working with customers to help define their requirements, generating work estimates and invoices, responding to inbound enquiries and assisting with marketing.

**What’s on offer?**
- Basic Salary - £23k-£25k basic salary (dependent on experience) + on target performance bonus
- Location - Salford, M50 with free, on-site car parking
- Benefits include: Pension scheme after 3 months, Team Performance Bonus Scheme.
- 22 days holiday per annum plus public holidays

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating and following up estimates
- Organising and occasionally attending, site visits
- Liaising with internal departments (design, production, sales) to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner
- Ordering materials
- Managing customers expectations by keeping them updated at each pertinent stage of their order
- Working with the Marketing department to assist with social media posting and blog writing
- Identify target customers using proven company research techniques
- Conduct post
- completion follow-ups with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their order
- Using your developed signage knowledge to advise customers on the best solution for their needs
- Carrying out administrative work
- Prepare sales reports for weekly and monthly sales meetings

**Requirements and Knowledge / Skills**:

- Happy to work from our offices in Media City, Salford. This is an office based role.
- Experienced in a similar Inside Sales role
- Advanced Customer Service experience/skills
- Consultative approach when working with customers and prospects
- Methodical with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Communication, organisation and planning skills
- Self-motivated and uses own initiative.
- Used to working in a small team - a team player who can build and maintain relationships.
- Flexible, persistent, and effective.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Competent with IT systems including CRM systems (Hubspot preference), Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
