**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Aquioslabs Ltd.

The sales representative will nurture and expand relationships with existing customers and proactively identify and take on new customers. They will also use their commercial awareness to ensure sales in their territory are effective and in line with the future growth we are striving for.

Position: Sales Representative

Job type: full-time

**Salary**: £25k--£30k annually

Location: UK based

Schedule**:8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and nurture a portfolio of UK accounts, including vape shops, eCommerce platforms, and convenience stores, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving sales.
- Collaborate with buyers and distributors to identify strategic opportunities for growth and expansion into new customers.
- Create and maintain a clear pipeline of prospective markets and customers, contributing to the development of the overall sales plan.
- Promote the brand and represent the company in a positive and professional manner. Provide product information, technical specifications, and demonstrations to clients.
- Understand the unique needs and preferences of each account and tailor sales strategies and solutions to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to provide feedback from the field and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position Aquioslabs' products in the market.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, demonstrating progress against targets and highlighting areas for growth.
- Proactively engage in cold calling activities to reach out to potential retailers and distributors.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the vaping industry. (Essential)
- Driving licence.(Essential)
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience within the vaping industry, with a focus on vape shops and wholesale distribution channels.
- Channel expertise in convenience stores, vape shops, consumer goods, or FMCG sectors.
- Existing local contacts and a strong network in the UK Vape wholesale market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Technically inclined with the ability to understand and effectively communicate product specifications and benefits to clients.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
