We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our client's vibrant team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and maximise new and existing sales opportunities, manage big accounts and play an instrumental part in the maintenance of relationships while ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
As a reliable team player with a can-do positive attitude, you will contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of our busy office environment and become a part of an incredible close-knit successful, growing team.

- Provide exceptional service to customers, meeting and exceeding organisational standards
- Utilise a consultative sales approach to recommend products that best suit customer needs
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote associated products and services
- Deliver product information and quotes promptly via phone and email
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely decision-making
- Handle customer and supplier inquiries professionally
- Effectively manage accounts, addressing customer needs and resolving any issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and opportunities
- Gather and record customer product information to drive future business
