The Role: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in driving growth by generating leads for the sales team. As an SDR, you'll engage with potential customers through various channels to qualify leads and set up appointments or demos. Collaborating closely with marketing and sales, you'll identify opportunities and nurture prospects through the sales funnel, contributing to the company's success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Graduate Sales Development Representative the package offered is:
* £25,000 Basic with a £37K+ OTE in year 1
* Annual company bonus
* 25 days holiday + BH
* Fully funded and accredited training

What you will do:
First 6 months
· Listen and learn
· Develop key skills that will build a foundation for your sales career
· Receive superb exposure to a variety of industries
· Build and develop relationships
Next 6-12 months
· Thrive through meeting / exceeding your weekly & monthly targets
· Gain a greater understanding of sales process as a whole
· Further develop relationships with senior colleagues to better understand your future career prospects
