Excellent opportunity for a Support Administrator to join our team with an opportunity to make your mark on crucial departments within Calrec. The role is split between Customer Support and Purchasing working alongside both teams to provide support as required
Calrec supplies audio broadcast mixing consoles and equipment to the world’s most successful broadcasters.
We’re based in Hebden Bridge, but you hear us on live television every single day. From Premiership football and the Superbowl to ‘X Factor’ and ‘Dancing with the Stars’, if it’s live, there is a good chance it is mixed on a Calrec Our team has been driving television sound for over 50 years, if you are interested in changing the next 50 years, read on
The role is very much based around being a team player, who has a flexible attitude and is willing to get the job done. The key function is to assist the Customer Support - Spares and Purchasing departments with the day to day administrative duties and covering the Shipping department as required.
Supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation and interacting with internal or external customers and providing administrative support throughout the business as required.
**This is your ideal role if you have**:
- Ability to administer complex paperwork, with excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge and use of Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Accurate data input, record keeping and reporting skills
- Ability to identify, prioritise and resolve problems
- Effective time management and capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to be flexible and deal with changing priorities and last-minute requests
- Ability to support and interface well with other team members and other departments whilst building and maintain working relationships
- Positive, self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Reliable and Punctual
