Our client, one of the UK’s market leaders for fitted luxury Bedroom and Home Study furniture, based in Leeds, requires a
**Customer Services Coordinato**r to help continue with its success.
Located in LS13, Leeds the position of
**Customer Services Coordinator** requires a person with:
- Quality project management skills to drive through successful installations.
- First Class, hands on, Customer Service communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Able to Co-ordinate projects with the customer between: Surveyors, Fitters, Factory and Technicians.
- Ability to use I.T. systems such as Microsoft Word; Outlook, full training on the in-house system will be provided.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Confident, bright and enthusiastic team player dedicated to implementing projects on time and within budget.
- Well organised and efficient.
- An excellent all-round communicator with colleagues and customers.
- Experienced in business-to-home improvement consumer sales (although not essential).
- Able to learn quickly from the training and support programmes to gain product knowledge.
- Ambitious to progress own career and be suitably rewarded in both financial and career progression.
Full on the job training will be provided, which will be ongoing through the first few months of starting with the Company and the Customer Services Team will support you as you progress within your role. You will also be provided with product training during your first few months.
**Salary**: c£24K - £25K DOE
This is based on a 40 hour week working 8am -5pm or 8.30am -5.30pm and also working one Saturday in 4, (9-12pm) on a rota basis.
