**The role**

Our Apprenticeship role provides an excellent opportunity for you to gain crucial experience while developing alongside an experienced team. You will provide effective support to our administration and operational teams working across the UK. Your duties will consist of:

- Maintain and update appropriate monitoring systems, including the investigation and correction of errors/exceptions
- Provide a help desk facility for building maintenance calls
- Resolve or escalate queries from clients in an efficient manner
- Prepare, monitor and distribute contract documentation for contracts
- Assist in the creation of CAD drawings for the Asbestos and Legionella teams

- A minimum of three C grade GCSE’s including Maths, English and Science or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a business administration role is desirable

- Good customer services skills
