**The Opportunity**:

We are currently looking for two Accounts Receivable Coordinators to join our Student Finance team.

As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and reviewing the refund process and ensuring the assessment of the refund requests are well defined and reported accurately on the KPI’s.

You will also provide advice to peers and customers and independently resolve a range of standard and unforeseen issues, within pre-determined operational limits.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Processing SLC withdrawals, calculating liabilities and updating student accounts accordingly in intact and in SIS (SLC student database)
- Investigating balances sitting on the historical SLC students’ account
- Check balances of student accounts with certificates on hold
- Maintain integrity of student accounts identifying
- Assist with the processing of student refunds

**About You**:
We would like to hear from you if you are proficient with Microsoft Office Packages, aware of financial procedures/legal requirements and can demonstrate analytical & problem-solving capability.

It is also important that you have Vocational qualifications (NVQ 2-3, City & Guild) or equivalent, plus some experience in a similar role.
