Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 in the transactional finance team, processing income, expenditure, and cash/bank transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 5 in the transactional finance team
  • Process income, expenditure, and cash/bank transactions
  • Support the Head of Finance in providing management information and reconciling the database against the accounting system
  • Develop and implement effective credit control and accounts receivable strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in credit control and accounts receivable
  • Management experience, with at least 2 years of full-line management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to tailor approach with different stakeholders
  • Available to start within 4 weeks' notice

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary, paying equivalent to £40,000 - £46,000 dependant on experience
