About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our finance team at ecruit. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our accounts receivable operations, including credit control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full administration of credit control tasks, including managing customer relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Accurate and timely month-end reporting and reconciliation, ensuring that all financial transactions are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other financial reports, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Support and cover for other team members as needed, demonstrating a flexible and collaborative approach to work.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, maintaining the highest standards of financial governance and integrity.
