In the position of Credit Controller, you will collaborate with a vibrant European finance team, tasked with overseeing overdue accounts until resolution, ensuring prompt payments, processing incoming transactions, reconciling invoices, addressing account inquiries, and adhering to the company's credit collection policies and procedures.

This opportunity allows for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of overdue accounts – handling an individual sales ledger Updating client accounts Ensuring timely debt repayment Investigating and resolving issues related to unpaid invoices promptly Coordinating with internal departments Allocating payments according to customer remittances and ensuring accurate account reconciliation Processing credit card transactions Implementing enhancements in the company's credit control system

Qualifications for Success:

A minimum of years of experience in Credit Control Proficient IT skills, particularly in all MS Office applications, with a strong focus on Excel. Strong analytical abilities with a capacity to adapt to new IT systems. Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills (proficient English) Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Organized with effective time management skills and a commitment to meeting targets. A genuine passion for assisting and engaging with customers. Familiarity with ERP systems / Netsuite Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
