As a HR Coordinator at LKQ Euro Car Parts, you will be working in the Logistics division of our business supporting our Logistics HR Business Partner. This position provides a lot of variety and an insight into the whole HR Process. This role would suit someone who is interested in progressing their career within HR.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilise generalist HR knowledge and skills when working with the wider HR Team and Senior Management teams to support on HR processes including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness and attrition rates and colleague reviews
- Be aware of company metrics to get the root cause of any HR issues and identify best practice
- Support the Managers with meeting outcomes
- Support the colleague review process and compliance reports
- Drive best onboarding practice within the business, supporting divisional management teams
- Work with the wider HR team to support a robust and best in-house induction programme for our new employees
- Work with the wider HR team to support a robust in-house training framework in line with E-Learning and internal succession plans
- Support the Payroll team to resolve relevant queries from the logistics Network.
- Be the gate keeper of our internal HR system (ADP).

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Motivation to work towards CIPD level 3
- Ability to prioritise and manage a high workload
