**The role**:
An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a friendly and established team at one of our projects in Willoughby Warwickshire. The role is to offer administrative support to managers and supervisors, who are overseeing a £20 million build.

We are looking for someone who can offer the following:

- Provide support where necessary to Managers, Supervisor and other personnel to ensure performance is maintained.
- High level of computer literacy using; Management systems, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel to produce reports, correspondence, documents, databases and spreadsheets.
- Able to multitask and monitor and control various work streams in progress.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work under own initiative and with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate comfortably verbally and with site supervisors and managers.
- Flexible in approach to roles and responsibilities with a willingness to undertake tasks outside of their own role if required.
- Support in site inductions.
- Monitor, update trackers.
- Focused, motivated and enthusiastic.
- Good decision making and organisational skills.
- Document control using online platforms such as Viewpoint etc
- Create own tracker documents to monitor performance of project; design and install

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
